Judith Udeh Bags 2025 Leadership Peace Award in Abuja
Pharm. Judith Ngozi Udeh, Principal Manager (Marketing) at Geneith Pharmaceuticals Limited, has been honoured with the 2025 Leadership Peace Award of Excellence for her contributions to peacebuilding and transformational leadership.
The award was presented by the Coalition of Nigerian Women Forum for Peace and Good Governance at a ceremony held at Peace Media Hotel, Abuja.
Udeh, who is also the founder of Geneith’s Hospital and Institutional Business, was recognised for her impact in healthcare marketing, hospital and institutional outreach, and youth engagement, including the Geneith Health Competition.

The Coalition commended her pioneering role in the launch of new pharmaceutical products at the 97th Annual Conference of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) in Uyo, noting that her efforts have reinforced Geneith’s reputation for integrity, affordability, and innovation in the Nigerian healthcare sector.
In her remarks, Udeh dedicated the honour to her team, saying: “This award reflects the hard work of our dedicated teams and our collective effort to promote health education and social responsibility across Nigeria.”
She also highlighted the struggles of the Nigerian girl child, stressing the need to create a fair and supportive environment for women to thrive.

Udeh acknowledged the support of Chief Emmanuel Umenwa, Chairman of Geneith Pharmaceuticals, and Prince Cletus Ilobanafor, MD/Founder of CEOAFRICA, for their roles in her career and the success of the Geneith Health Competition.
The Coalition described her as “a trailblazer and catalyst for positive change,” adding that the award not only celebrates her achievements but also challenges her to greater service in peace, good governance, and healthcare development.
